Pilox is a codebase-aware project management platform that integrates with Contox to provide AI-powered task management, sprint planning, and team collaboration tools. The Service includes web applications, APIs, CLI tools, and related documentation.

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Billing occurs monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

In no event shall Pilox be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
